Having booted a large range of aircraft, Tiffin Aire is an experienced pneumatic deice removal and installation center. Working closely with SMR Technologies, we aided in the testing and certification of their Iceshield DeIce boots. All of our maintenance technicians are certified by SMR for deice boot removal and installation. We install both Goodrich and SMR Iceshield DeIce boots. Our technicians will remove your old deice boots, remove the underlying adhesive, apply new adhesive, install the new boot, and ensure that there is proper conductive cement applied to keep your boots in top condition. Most boot jobs can be completed in two days or less.
